The Miz won the Intercontinental Title Battle Royal at tonight's WWE Battleground pay-per-view to win the vacant title. Miz went through the middle and bottom rope several times and spent most of the match hiding on the outside. He eliminated Dolph Ziggler to win.

This is his third reign with the Intercontinental Title.

It's worth noting that Rob Van Dam was not in the match while advertised for it. Fandango was not in the match because he worked the pre-show with Adam Rose. Damien Sandow was added to the match after being removed earlier in the week.
