- Our correspondent at last night's WWE SmackDown tapings in Houston noted that she had a large sign of CM Punk's face that was confiscated as she entered the building. She also noted that one single CM Punk t-shirt design was for sale at the merchandise table but it was tucked away in a corner, barely visible.
- Kofi Kingston defeated Heath Slater in a dark match following last night's live episode of Main Event, right before the SmackDown tapings began. The dark match before Main Event saw Alexander Rusev defeat Xavier Woods.
