- As we noted earlier this week, Steve Austin recently expressed his support for gay marriage on his podcast. Austin blasted religious organizations that oppose same sex marriage, asking, "which one of these mother f-ckers talked to God, and God said that same sex marriage was a no can do? Can you verify, can you give me some 411 on that background?
"I've got some damn good friends that are gay. I'm absolutely for same sex marriage," Austin later continued. "I don't think that there is a God that says you cannot do this, you cannot do that. If two cats can't get married, but then a guy can go murder 14 people, molest 5 kids, then go to f-cking prison and then accept God, he's going to let him into heaven. After the fact that he did all that sh-t?! See, that's all horse sh-t to me, that don't jive with me."
Austin's rant has received some mainstream media attention, with stories about his comments appearing in The Huffington Post, People and USA Today.
