- Sheamus tweeted the following after news came out that he fell asleep during the Alexander Rusev vs. R-Truth and Xavier Woods match at Extreme Rules:

"I swear, wasn't having 40 winks during the Rusev #ExtremeRules bout... That said, I am very well rested for #Raw tonight."

- Friday's WWE SmackDown scored a 1.67 cable rating, down from the previous week's 1.77 rating. As noted, the show averaged 2.271 million viewers, also down from the previous week. These are the lowest numbers for SmackDown in 2014.
