Triple H Talks About Daniel Bryan Surrendering His Title, The Shield's Future, Bo Dallas, More

Triple H is back for another sitdown interview with Michael Cole, as seen above. Below are some highlights from the interview that was filmed in London this year:

* Triple H talked about how in true WWE fashion, they've returned to the UK and taken over. Triple H talks about going on a private tour of the Vatican and the Coliseum in Rome.

* Cole brings up WWE World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan not being on the tour. Triple H said it's odd not having the supposed face of WWE on this tour. Triple H mocked Bryan for traveling around the "country" for his indie career.

* Cole mentioned Stephanie McMahon wanting Daniel Bryan to surrender the title on RAW. Triple H says if they strip him, he becomes a martyr and his "little internet dweebs" will get upset. Triple H says if Bryan is a man, he will do what's right and surrender the title. If he doesn't, then The Authority will deal with it.

* Triple H says he's grown tired of The Shield situation. He says Evolution is going to put an end to The Shield and eliminate them one by one at Payback. When Payback is over, Triple H guarantees The Shield will be no more.

* Triple H talks about Bo Dallas returning to SmackDown. He calls Bo the longest reigning NXT Champion in history and says he's had an accomplished career but is finally getting a shot at the main roster. They're ignoring Bo's previous run on the main roster. He also talks about Hulk Hogan appearing on SmackDown and says Hogan's bringing a special WWE Network message with him.

Here are results for last night's WWE live event in Peoria, IL:

* Randy Orton vs. Roman Reigns kicked off the show. Rybaxel interfered and started beating on Reigns, so it was announced that the main event with be Orton & Rybaxel vs. The Shield

* Xavier Woods & Cameron defeated Fandango & Layla

* Bo Dallas came out and cut a "Bo-lieve" promo. Justin Gabriel came out for their match. It's been a while since I've seen Gabriel in a match and I forgot that he's actually pretty damn talented. I wasn't that impressed with Bo, though. Bo wins.

* Adam Rose vs. Heath Slater is next. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE MATCH. I think this Adam Rose gimmick is awful.

* Paige & Natalya defeated Tamina & Rosa Mendes. Typical Divas match.

* Zeb Colter and Jack Swagger came out next. Zeb cuts a great promo about how Illinois is nothing but corn. R-Truth comes out and they had a very good back and forth match with Truth getting the win after Zeb tries to distract the ref and gets tossed out. Swagger gets distracted by that and Truth pins him with a roll up

* Next is a triple threat tag match for the titles with The Usos defending again 3MB (Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal) vs. The Rhodes Brothers. Really cool to see Goldust live. Overall, an awesome match with Goldust getting beat down for the majority of the match. Back and forth match with the Usos eventually getting the win. After the match, Kane comes out of nowhere and destroys all six guys. That was Kane's only appearance of the night.

* Finally we had the main event with The Shield vs. Randy Orton & Rybaxel. Awesome match. Dean Ambrose got beat down most of the match. Orton hit the RKO on Seth Rollins but then Reigns speared Orton to get the victory

They feature comments from NXT trainer Joey Mercury plus match participants Adrian Neville and NXT Champion Bo Dallas. Mercury said of the two:

"Bo Dallas is in the greatest shape of his life. He's leaned out over the past few months and he's more focused than ever. You don't become the longest-reigning champion in NXT history by accident. Adrian Neville is well aware that all eyes are on him and knows if he doesn't make good on this opportunity, he may never get a chance at the NXT Championship again."
